The Samsung Beam I8520 is an Android smartphone, packing a built-in projector. This handset is full of high-end features like a 3.7-inch Super AMOLED display, 8MP camera and HD video playback. Sounds like a great device for the tech buffs out there.

For me it has been one of the most important telephones of the fair, not for the fact that it is going to turn into a superventas, or as that it has a spectacular design, but for the compendium of technology that it agglutinates in the same device. I would like to share with you a video and some information on the new beak projector that it incorporates.

Apart from the official information that we offered you in his presentation, little more we know on the telephone, eclipsed mediáticamente for his small brother Samsung Wave and regarding Android for HTC’s terminals. Investigating a bit for the network I found the mentioned video in which you can see the functioning the beak projector:

These similarities owe to that both will share TouchWiz 3.0 as user’s interface, and I am sure that we will see her in future in the new terminuses Android that the Korean company launches onto the market.

Another detail that we cannot see in the video, but that I have had occasion to read in other means, it is the possibility of connecting the chamber of the device and projecting what we are taking with her. Though in a beginning we do not see practical usefulness of this functionality, I am sure that have included it with some interesting intention.
The rest of known specifications are to a level over the average, first for an impressive Super screen AMOLED of 3.7 inches (WVGA), and a chamber of 8 megapixels with auto focus, flash and aptitude to record video in format 720p to 30 images per second. Also we meet a frontal unit, quality VGA, for the videocallings.

Many details stay for revealing on the curious beak projector, and the royal autonomy of the device, that in spite of them 1800mAh of the battery, it is possible that they remain slightly short. Of what I do not have doubts it is of the permanence of the technology DLP, I believe that we will change mobile before the projector goes on to better life.
